What does the programme include?

I'll provide you with a complete training & nutrition programme for the initial 6 weeks, plus everything you need to guarantee you achieve a fantastic result in that time.

You'll have access to tons of video content to help you solve any problem you may be facing, and my help and support throughout.

Typical results in 6 weeks are losing 3-5kg of body fat and increasing strength by 20-50%.

All that, plus I run regular Zoom calls, where you're free to jump on and discuss any issues you're facing, plus you'll be part of the community, pushing each other on, helping each other out and holding each other accountable. 🤝

Momentum Mastery is designed for you, so it will be exactly what you need based on your experience level.

What makes this different to other options?

Unlike other fitness coaches, I don't expect this to rule your life. This is not about a 28-day shred, or a crash diet to achieve a dramatic transformation that makes you feel awful. It's about sustainably integrating training & nutrition into your life in a way that feels simple and enjoyable.

My philosophy is about getting you great results with less stress.

I genuinely care about your progress, and will do everything in my power to help you succeed.

I pride myself on offering the personal touch and on helping you improve every aspect of your lifestyle.

This is not just about your training and diet.I help my clients improve their sleep, stress, anxiety, focus, energy and sense of calm as well.

How does the 6 weeks work?

When you sign up, we'll run through a set of quick onboarding activities that are designed to help you build a plan that you're excited by and confident you can stick to. 

We'll then have a 1:1 call where we'll firm up this plan together, and I'll give you your training and nutrition programme to get started.

We'll agree a target result for the 6 weeks, and that result is guaranteed - or I'll work with you for free until you achieve it.

How much of my time will this take up?

My whole philosophy is about helping you achieve more with less - quality over quantity.

If you're already committed to improving your health, this is going to require less time than whatever you're doing now, because I'm doing the planning and programming for you.

All you need to do is turn up and execute the plan. If you have 2 hours a week you can commit to a training programme - that's enough.If you're just starting out, then I'm not gonna lie - any change requires effort.

But getting help will save you time and energy in the long-run, by avoiding mistakes you would make without someone who's been there.

You either pay for the progress with money or time - think about that.

Can I do other training?

Yes! Other fitness programmes assume they're going to be your #1 priority. My programme shows you how to integrate smart training and nutrition with your other activities - whether it's group classes, cardio, or sports.

Will I be locked into this forever?

Of course not!

This is a six week programme to get you a result – no life time commitment or signatures in blood required. There is an option to stay on in my Inner Circle programme afterwards. And you'll want to stay on, once you see how much you can achieve in a short space of time. 

Can I have a social life with this programme?

Of course! Momentum Masteryl fits into your life - not the other way round. That's why this is different to other diets and training programmes you might have done. My clients enjoy meals out, a few drinks, and parties while still getting amazing results.
