Signing Up

You must ensure that the details provided by you upon sign-up or at any time are correct and complete.You must inform us immediately of any changes to your information. We may cancel your subscription with immediate effect for any reasonable purposes or if you breach these terms and conditions.


Cancellation Policy

Group Coaching & Monthly Subscription

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. However, a minimum of 2 weeks' written notice is required before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.

You may cancel your subscription:

Directly via Stripe. Or by requesting cancellation via email

Once cancelled, you will retain access to the coaching service and app until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for mid-month cancellations.

3-Month Package

If you signed up on a discounted 3-month package:

Your initial 3-month term is non-refundable and non-cancellable once payment is processed.After this period, your subscription will continue on a rolling monthly basis, which you may cancel at any time with 2 weeks' notice as outlined above.

Pausing Subscriptions

We do not offer pauses or holds on subscriptions. If you wish to take a break, you will need to cancel your subscription and rejoin at a later time (subject to availability). Your app access and coaching support will continue until the end of your billing cycle.


No Warranties

This Website and the information contained in it is provided for information purposes only. We make no representations or warranties in relation to this Website or the information and materials provided on this Website. We make no warranties or representations that the information:

Is complete, true, accurate, or non-misleading; or is right for you.


Refund Policy

Cameron Taylor / Online Personal Training Service does not offer any refunds, as this is a custom-made subscription product. By ticking the agreement box and proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that no refunds will be issued. You may cancel future subscriptions at any time via Stripe or by contacting us via email.

Deposit Policy

If a deposit is collected to reserve your place, secure a discounted offer, or confirm intent to start, the following applies:

All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may be credited toward the first payment or package total if the client proceedsIf the client chooses not to proceed after confirming, no refund will be issued, as time, planning, and onboarding resources are allocated in advance. By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.


Confidentiality

Group Messaging Community

Clients in the group coaching program agree to treat all personal information shared in the group chat with respect and confidentiality.

Confidentiality Agreement

All participants agree not to disclose or share any personal information, experiences, or discussions that occur within the group outside of the group context.

Exceptions

Confidentiality may be broken if there is a risk of harm to oneself or others or where disclosure is required by law.


Personal Training

Sessions must be booked as agreed.At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations to be eligible for rescheduling.Missed sessions without notice may result in forfeiture.Rescheduled sessions must occur within 4 weeks of the payment term ending.Cancellations must be communicated via email, SMS, or direct message.
